Terms of Service
Last updated: June 16, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of CAMPMAIL (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
What CAMPMAIL does
CAMPMAIL helps a parent or guardian draft personalized letters to their child at camp, optionally weaving in recent news about the child's interests and updates the parent provides. You always review a draft before it is approved or sent. CAMPMAIL is a writing assistant; you are responsible for the final content you send.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your login secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Your content & responsibility to review
You are responsible for the camper details, home updates, photos, and any other content you add, and you confirm you have the right to provide it. Letters are generated with the help of automated tools and may contain inaccuracies — you must review every letter before approving or sending it. You decide what is delivered and how.
Subscriptions & billing
CAMPMAIL may be offered on a paid subscription (for example, $10/month) following any free trial. Paid features are billed through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel anytime and will retain access through the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Text messages
If you opt in to text check-ins, our SMS Terms & Consent apply. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to send unlawful, harassing, hateful, or harmful content, to impersonate others, to infringe anyone's rights, or to interfere with the Service's operation or security. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (for example, hosting, messaging, AI generation, news sources, and payment processing). CAMPMAIL is not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms. CAMPMAIL is not affiliated with or endorsed by any camp or camp-management provider.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to CAMPMAIL. You retain ownership of the content you provide and the letters you create, and you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that letters will be error-free or that messages will be delivered. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CAMPMAIL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
